At Shreek Services, we operate a high-velocity, productized engineering model. Because we allocate dedicated engineering resources and architectural planning immediately upon project commencement, we adhere to a strict refund and cancellation schedule.
1. Cancellation Before Work Starts
We understand that business priorities can shift.
- Eligibility: You are eligible for a Full Refund (minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee) if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Condition: This request must be received before the “Technical Discovery” onboarding session has taken place. Once the onboarding session is conducted, the project is considered “In Progress.”
2. Cancellation During Partial Work (Active Sprints)
Once the Technical Discovery is complete and the development sprint has commenced, resources are fully committed to your project.
- Eligibility: If you choose to cancel after the onboarding session but before the first draft or staging link is delivered, Shreek Services will issue a 50% Refund of the total bundle fee.
- Reasoning: The remaining 50% covers the cost of technical audits, architectural mapping, and the initial development hours allocated to your slot.
3. No Refund After Delivery
Our commitment is to deliver a high-performance digital product that meets the agreed-upon scope of your chosen bundle.
- Finality: No refunds will be issued once the final project files have been delivered, the staging site has been approved for launch, or the website has been deployed to the client’s live domain.
- Post-Launch Support: While refunds are not available after delivery, every bundle includes a 30-day priority support period to fix any technical bugs or alignment issues found after launch.
4. Dispute Handling Process
We pride ourselves on technical excellence and client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the direction of the project, we follow a structured resolution path:
- Resolution Period: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to enter a mandatory 14-day Resolution Period.
- Consultation: A senior solutions engineer will meet with you via video consultation to review the project against the original bundle scope.
- Remedy: We will provide a corrective action plan to align the deliverables with the technical requirements of the purchased package.
- Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached internally during this period, the dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
