Welcome to Shreek Services. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://shreekservices.com) and the purchase of our productized service bundles. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service Model
Shreek Services operates as a productized engineering agency. We provide fixed-scope, fixed-price development “bundles” (Starter, Business, Ecommerce) and bespoke “Custom Solutions.”
2. Service Bundles & Delivery Timelines
Each bundle has a defined delivery timeline:
- Starter Website: 7 Business Days
- Business Web App: 14 Business Days
- Ecommerce/Mobile App: 21 Business Days
The timeline begins only after the client has completed the “Technical Discovery” onboarding and provided all necessary assets (copy, branding, credentials).
3. Client Responsibilities
To maintain our delivery velocity, clients must provide:
- High-resolution logos and brand guidelines.
- Finalized website copy and imagery.
- Hosting environment access and domain credentials.
- Feedback on revisions within 48 hours.
Delayed feedback or missing assets will pause the guaranteed delivery clock.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Upon receipt of the final payment, Shreek Services transfers 100% of the intellectual property and code ownership to the client. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Bundles: Payment is required upfront to initiate the sprint.
- Custom Solutions: A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon completion.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our engineering work and the immediate allocation of resources, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we guarantee to meet the scope defined in the purchased bundle.
6. Scope Limitations
Our bundles do not include:
- Third-party licensing fees (Plugins, Stock Photos, API costs).
- Domain registration or Hosting monthly costs.
- Ongoing maintenance after the initial 30-day support period.
- Extensive copywriting or brand identity design (unless added as a custom service).
7. Limitation of Liability
Shreek Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the developed products, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
